This vintage gold-tone mechanical pencil tie-clasp clip "Clip-Write" is a unique piece. 

Engraved with the company name Iterchem-Aridye Company.
ARIDYE Textile Dye Stuff and Textile Coloring Material (information from internet)The tie clasp works as it should, the mechanical Pencil Works as it should and there is lead in Pencil.Finish is worn but still shiny.
